"Basically, we, at Change Consulting, combine manufacturing engineering, business management and development, consulting and research skills. Our services cover operational management and operation efficiency in four distinct areas. These being:

o   Strategic management – operational analysis of an organisation, or part thereof, then the development of strategies for its future management;

o   Innovation – the recognition of intellectual property and capital along with its development, protection and commercialisation;o   Resource management – operation optimisation through effective resource management systems including the recognition of internal and external resources, the elimination of waste and the development of resources;

and

o   System integration – the integration of business systems so that both internal and external change can be recognised, analysed and acted upon.

As we recognise the individuality of an organisation and the sovereignty of its management in its decision making processes, our services seek to assist the individual organisation’s management in developing its processes. We do not have a prescribed methodology like many consultancy firms. Instead, we tailor our services to the operational issues of the individual organisation, or part thereof, and apply suitable methodologies and techniques as agreed with its management."
